This Privacy Policy explains how AstroWealth (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use astrowealth.ae and order a Vedic astrology report. We are based in the United Arab Emirates and aim to align with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

1. Information we collect

Birth details you provide for your reading: name, date of birth, exact time of birth, and place of birth. These are used solely to calculate your astrological charts.
Contact details: email address (and phone/WhatsApp number if you provide it) to deliver reports and support.
Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, used to improve the site.

2. How we use your information

To calculate and deliver your personalised Vedic astrology report.
To process payments and prevent fraud.
To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
To send you your report and, only if you opt in, occasional updates.

3. Legal basis

We process your data to perform the service you request (your report), to comply with legal obligations, and — for optional marketing — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Data sharing & processors

We share data only with the processors that make the service work: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure database hosting), Resend (transactional email) and Vercel (website hosting). We never sell your personal or birth data.

5. Data retention

We retain your birth details and reports for as long as needed to provide support and comply with legal/accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email hi@astrowealth.ae.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. While no method is 100% secure, we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
