We want you to be satisfied with your AstroWealth report. Because our reports are personalised digital products calculated specifically from your birth details, the following policy applies.
Before your report is delivered
If you have paid but your report has not yet been generated or delivered, you may request a full refund by emailing hi@astrowealth.ae with your order details.
Technical or delivery problems
If you did not receive your report, received the wrong report, or the file is corrupted or unreadable, contact us and we will redeliver it or issue a full refund. We stand behind delivery of what you paid for.
Incorrect birth details
Reports are calculated from the birth date, time and place you provide. If you entered these incorrectly, contact us — we will regenerate the report with the corrected details at no extra charge (one correction per order).
After delivery
Because a delivered report is a completed, custom digital product, it is generally non-refundable once delivered — except in the technical/delivery cases above. This is standard for personalised digital goods and does not affect your statutory rights where they apply.
How to request a refund
- Email hi@astrowealth.ae within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order/reference number and the email used at checkout.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
